The TPS Division of Talk System Co., Ltd. pursues the provision of original products and services that satisfy our customers based on the management philosophy of “becoming a company trusted and loved by a large number of customers by providing them with the maximum service we can offer” through the planning, design and fabrication of TPS products in response to the market requirements related to mechanical equipment as well as through sales support.
- Establish and operate a quality management system and continuously improve its effectiveness in operating the TPS Division’s business.
- Satisfy the requirements related to quality management systems, and observe legal regulations related to the TPS Division and other requirements that the TPS Division has agreed to.
- Strive to improve quality by working on the planning, design and fabrication of TPS products aimed at improving customer satisfaction in response to the market requirements, and the conduct of sales support activities, as focused tasks.
