Efforts to Promote the SDGs

The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) consist of 17 goals concerning the environment, society and economy, which are intended to be achieved by 2030 and were adopted at the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit 2015.
TALK SYSTEM considers that to achieve sustainable growth of the company, it is important to ensure that its employees can work in good health and vibrantly, and has been working on health and productivity management.
Sustainable growth of the company and its employees through health and productivity management can be perceived as highly compatible with Goals 3, 5, 8 and 17 of the SDGs.

Goal 3 of the SDGs “GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING,” and Health and Productivity Management

Efforts for health and productivity management, such as measures to prevent infectious disease, measures for mental health, and smoking countermeasures, are considered to lead to Goal 3 of the SDGs.

Goal 5 of the SDGs “GENDER EQUALITY,” and Health and Productivity Management

Supporting sustainable growth of every working individual regardless of gender by taking measures to prevent harassments, and promoting acquisition of paternity leave, active participation of women, and work-life balance equality, as part of health and productivity management, is considered to lead to gender equality.

Goal 8 of the SDGs “DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH,” and Health and Productivity Management

Efforts for health and productivity management leading to the achievement of Goal 8 include promotion of work-life balance and measures against crushing labor.

Goal 17 of the SDGs “PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE GOALS,” and Health and Productivity Management

Efforts for health and productivity management, such as consideration for the health of various people related to business and for the working environment, are considered to lead to Goal 17 of the SDGs.
